Ordering at Bé Ni 2
takes four steps

  1. Pick from the tank

Lobster, crab, snails and fish wait alive in the glass tanks by the door. Point at the one you want.

  2. Weighed in front of you

Seafood is sold by the kilo at the day’s market price. Staff weigh it and tell you the price before cooking.

  3. Choose how it’s cooked

Steamed with lemongrass, grilled with scallion oil or cheese, crispy garlic, salt-roasted — mix and match.

  4. Straight to your table

Quail eggs and boiled peanuts are on the table while you wait. Each dish comes out as soon as it’s ready.
